In an effort to address this significant barrier to student success, the University of Houston has opened the Cougar Cupboard in partnership with the Houston Food Bank’s Food for Change market network. You will be assisting with bringing in delivery boxes, sorting through assorted donations and/or fresh produce, and cleaning/restocking the space.

Volunteers are currently needed every Friday from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM. If you are interested in volunteering, feel out this form below! More information will be provided via email 🙂

Location: Student Center South Circle Drive

Important Information: If you can no longer attend the event, please let the Community Service Chair know at least 2 days before the event. With the exception of emergencies, if you notify the CSC after the two days, a warning will be given, but if it occurs again, points will be deducted.
