Dr. Bui is an experienced, Houston-based Optometrist who graduated from the University of Houston College of Optometry in 1994. She completed her externship at Keesler Air Force Base in Biloxi, MS, Eye Excellence, and Texas Department of Corrections in Richmond, TX.

She has served the community since 1994 by providing comprehensive eye examinations and contact lens fittings. She specializes in ocular disease, dry eye disease, digital eye strain, and corneal foreign body removal. Beyond patient care, she also supports local schools and churches. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and cooking with her family.

Gee Eye Care

Dr. Kevin Gee is a Houston-based optometrist with a rich professional background. He graduated from the University of Houston in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and obtained his Doctor of Optometry degree from the same university in 2002. Dr. Gee has held leadership roles in optometric associations, taught at medical institutions, and expanded his practice to include refractive surgery and cataract care. He’s received various awards, including Young Optometrist of the Year, and actively contributes to optometric organizations. Beyond his work, he supports local schools, enjoys sports, collects writing instruments and glasses, plays the saxophone, and has a fascination with gadgets.

Dr. Moore has been a valuable member of our team since 2008, living out her childhood dream of being an eye doctor. She values education and research and excelled academically, graduating Phi Beta Kappa and High Honors from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Houston College of Optometry. She went on to obtain her Fellowship from the College of Optometry in Vision Development in 2014. She is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Optometry, affirming her training and knowledge in the treatment of eye diseases including glaucoma, diabetes, strabismus and amblyopia.

Dr. Pham, is lighthearted and enthusiastic. He often juggles between his super dad duties and his work at the office. However, he always manages to put on a smile and provide quality care to his patients. Dr. Pham was working as an engineer at NASA before he realized that it was not his true passion. He wanted something more than just a job; he wanted a career that he was proud of while helping others, so he decided to go back to school to get his degree in Optometry. His first practice had many obstacles to overcome, but over these past 10 years his practice has flourished. He is especially grateful to the Scarsdale community for supporting and contributing to his business’ success. All the support he receives makes him feel like he owes a great deal to the community, so he takes time to understand his patients and always makes sure they are happily adjusted to their lens and frames. In all, Dr. Pham is an engineer gone optometrist who loves his job because it allows him to follow his true passion,aiding those in need.
